		<description>I am a beginner, However, I have both, LEI for the water and Foil kites for the land... yes, they feel a bit different, but I like them both!  However, as a beginner I am always concerned  about safety... and I feel safer using a LEI kite on water because if something goes terribly wrong, at least I will have a floating device I can use.

Again this is just my preference as a beginner.  Maybe I will think different in the future when I get better at kiting... I may not need a floating device then.</description>
